It looks like they fixed the problem. I still didn't like having to go over to their shop after all that was why I used them so they would come to me.

But it looks like they fixed the problem as I haven't seen moisture on the inside of the windshield.

They were very courteous this time and treated me as customers should be treated. So all turned out well thankfully!

I'm in the process of trying to work this out.of course the manager was supposed to call me but she didn't! So I will call tomorrow and try again!

I don't drive this vehicle very much so when I realized that the inside of my truck was damp I have green mildrew on my passenger seat! I'm livid! If they don't fix my truck right not only will my insurance company be filing a claim against them but I will contact the BBB. I'm tired of companies doing a *** poor job and after they have your money they don't seem to want to fix it!

This is the Westwood ave location in Richmond VA. Oh and the receptionist didn't seem to care whether or not my problem was handled!

Yep I'm pissed! My truck might be ruined!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
