Ignorant disrespectful man

On 10/1 i had an apt i scheduled worry a young lady named stella. She was very helpful the past week helping me i pulled up to the place of buisness for me 3pm apt and was approached by a heavyset african American man who told me to move my car and finds a parking space i told him there was no parking he then told me if i want my car fixed i better *** move so i left.

About 20 min later i recieved a phone call from estella asking if i wad going to make my apt i Told her my experience she talked me in to coming back and i checked in and this same man is being ignorant. If it wasn't for the girl at that front desk reassuring me she would tell the manager i wouldn't stay.

I hear the other workers calling him toben. He even refused to work on my car.very childish and unprofessional

I was a customer at Auto Glass Now on Friday 9/28/18. I was greeted by the same young lady that gave me an estimate earlier that morning.

She was very helpful and kind. I over heard the manager twerking her about a disgruntled customer complaining about her not being very nice and the 3 hours i didn'twaiting on my vehicle she was more then pleasent. I did on the other hand have an issue worth the foul language the. Men in the shop use.

And they are loud and very unprofessional. While they are outside phasing she wad in the office taking Manny many calls and greeting many customers and everytime the men outside messed up she would have to comfortthe customers.

Update 8/19/18 - still no response from the company other than to say they will respond to my complaint. I do not recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE
If damage is done to your vehicle as a result of work done through Auto Glass Now, you will not be contacted and your issue will not be resolved, at least that was my experience. I had an issue with a windshield replacement.

I contacted various resources in the company in person, by phone or by email no less than 8 times hoping for a resolution. Only once did I received a (email) reply which said they would look into it. This was over a course of 3 months. No response.

I should have done more research first. This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

And the employee reviews for this company show a perpetual lack of concern for the customer. While I thought it was going to cost me less to get my windshield replaced here, it will cost me much more in the long run.
I can’t recommend strongly enough to find a different company for these types of services.

Still NOTHING!!! Got a call from district manager(the one that told me tuff luck before), said he would order parts and set up fix.

That was 2 weeks, and 4 unreturned phone calls, ago!!! This company is a JOKE!

Avoid this company at all cost!!!! They state they "Are the 2nd largest autoglass company!" I guess it goes #1-Safelite, #2-Autoglass Now, & #3- A.C.M.E. Cartoon glass!!! They "guarantee" their work... ...but if its screwed up by their facility. You HAVE TO take it back to THAT facility & incompetent installers!!! Was LIED TO by regional manager! Was told if I didn't want to take it back to the original facility. I would have to go to Kansas!!! Was a total lie!!! There are TWO other facilities WAY closer than that!!! I guess "He'll show me!" *** him & them!! Say hello to my little attorney!!!

Todd the Wonder ***

Went to establishment bec they "said" they could fix my windshield before I left on trip. Installer had NO IDEA what he was doing!! Told me it was ready. Looked at it for 2 seconds snd told him the moulding wasn't seated right & was a 1/4 inch gap! 1/2 inch on passenger corner. Another hour later(4hours total) car sent out, moulding taped & glued down. I informed the mental midget that it was a clip-on moulding, NOT glue down & he either had the clips in wrong or had the wrong clips! Replied, "Well, don't know what to tell you. This will work!". After several complaints to Todd(District Manager) he informed me to bring it back. I told him, "Why would I take it BACK to the place that COULDN'T DO IT RIGHT the first time?!?". He said, "You're welcome to take it to Kansas."(I live in Illinois!!). After filing a complaint with the BBB, suddenly "Todd" wants to go out of his way, now, for my satisfaction!! It's been almost 2 WEEKS since Todd was going to "fix it" for me. THREE messages later, 5 thunderstorms leaking water inside, onto my new stereo...and NO TODD!! Thinking about applying to the company! Got a feeling a District Manager position will be opening up SOON!!!

I have taken my car back three times. The wind shield still liks. They pulled wires for the antania out and then just stuffed them back in. Then they pumped some kind of goop in there which is inside my car in the top. So now not only does it lik it is full of crap goo. I WILL contact a lawyer!! Bc yall screwed up my car and now I have to find someone to fix it!

Not honest people!

My mom and I had our cars broken into we took it here to get windows fixed. When they put my door back together the leather around door handle was wrinkled..which would eventually start to tear..caps to screws were missing when i pointed it out they blamed it on the people who broke into my car....i knew it was not like this before....my window regulater needed to be fixed as well but i didnt trust them at this point so i took it to subaru. Subaru called said whoever put the window in did a shiesty job and didnt do it correctly and they had to order new glass for my car and to tell the people who did it to feel free to call them and they should pay for the window. Of course we called and they wouldnt take fault and blamed subaru.....which i knew would happen. Trust me its worth the extra money to have honest people working on your car. For my mom her window rolls up not super smooth but ok and they left glass all in her car door, as well as mine. When she called to ask them to remove it they would not. I will never take my car here again.

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

Took my Lexus to have front windshield replaced after poor experience with Safelite. I made appointment prior day, and arrived at scheduled time.

Waited 3 hours only to be told they ordered the wrong windshield. Manager, Mike, stated that he would have tech come to my home the following day for the inconvenience. They never showed. Due to having to travel daily for work, I couldnt wait and make an appointment elsewhere.

That was my HUGE mistake. I took my car into the Parma OH location and provided tech with new windshield moldings and clips that I purchased directly from Lexus dealer so the job could be done correctly. After getting home with my car, I noticed that the moldings were not installed correctly. In fact, there is a large gap where moisture can protrude in, my hood is scratched to the metal, multiple spots on the quarter panel and surround where some type of solvent was used and ate through top coat.

I was LIVID! Called store only to be told by several people I could not speak with owner because he was on vacation in CA. Then, after 3 more phone calls, Mike (store manager), states he is the owner. I explained the damages to my car, took my car back to their location along with the $1300 estimate to fix damages, and was told he would speak with his District Manager and let me know.

Mind you he admitted fault which I caught on tape. I never received callback. I contacted them again and asked for DMs number. What a surprise, apparently DM was Mike same guy I haf spoke with that said he had to wait for answer from his DM.

I waited at least a week, and did not recieve call. I called back and their solution was for me to bring car back to them to have fixed. Are they crazy?!! After much hassle and 3 more phone calls was able to get email to corporate in CA.

A paralegal, Patrick, answered my email with promises to rectify issue. 3 weeks later when I told him I was sueing he called back and had gumption to tell me that there was no damage to my paint, yet he admitted he did not even look at or have estimate that I provided Mike in his posession. After a lot of frustration and wasted time, his solution was to take my car to one of their shops for repair. NO THANK YOU!

Needless to say I am filing civil case this week, and have filed with the Ohio Attorney General!! Its rididculous that they are willing to spend around 8-10 thousand litigating instead of 1000 to fix their mistake.

These people are negligent liers that should not be in business still. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This company took all my information, scheduled an appointment to come to my home and replace my windshield. they checked my address and zip code. They insisted on me paying before they came , they took the money from my account within 30 minutes after my call to them. Then they called the next day and stated they could not complete service I was NOT in their mobile service area, I would have to drive 2 hours to Nashville or Louisville to get my windshield replaced. When I requested to cancel my order and a refund on my money they stated I would get my money refunded back in 3- 5 days they took it within 30 minutes but could not refund it for 3-5 days!! Also when he took the zipcode of my address it should have told him then I was not in their area. They just thought they would trap me into coming to Nashville and having it done. Very Poor service and no apologies !!!!

Both front door glasses of my car were broken by a stupid theif. As it was Monday, I searched many companies if any of them can install glass same day. I didn't find any. Finally the advertisement of Autoglass now attract me as they mentioned on their web site that they do same day installation. Unfortunately, it was not true as they said not possible until next day. Still I made deal as it was ~$15 less than others and they provide technician to fix on site. Installation was not perfect as the outer side of each door was popping out little bit when glass was complletely closed. I noticed it immediately after ~5 min of technician left. I called the technician immediately and he said that he don't understand English and told me to call manager. Immeadiatly I called manager and requested to send back technician to look on it. The manager replied, the technician can't go back even it's just 5-7 mins passed. The manger told me to bring the car to the shop and he want to look on it. Next day I took the car to shop and the manager justified technician's work as perfect. He mentioned the popping out problem was due to my car problem (how ridiculous it is!!) as the theif make a little sign on the door. While there was no such problem on passenger door, still he keep saying it need time to adjust with the glass. It's more than 4 weeks now, still lots of broken glass coming out through *** of the passenger door. I called them again and the manager again want to look on it. I told him I took this car once to you and you said all installation perfect. Again he complain my car door is sealed, so broken glass pieces remained there ..Haha...., it seems Honda made problems so that they can't do work perfectly. This is the reality I face by taking there service from a company called Autoglass now....You may save few bucks but be aware ...you may gain similar experience I had....

It was an horrible nightmare& windshield is still broke

I came in with an appt. Waited 2 hours still. The people pulling other ppl cars in was speed racing them to to be fixed. I had a windshield replaced. I drove the car home for over a month it wasn't droven at all because i was at va. Beach as my father was passing away. I came back to Richmond to get some more od my stuff and my car to druve back. At that time i seen the windshield was cracked from the just sitting in one spot. And the car was covered. I go to the shop and they tell me that its not there fault. The car was never moved. What else could of caused it. Im so unhappy with yall! Now i have to pay another $200 to another place because y'all didn't want to work with me at all. Im so so upset over this!

Charged For Same Transaction

I came to this business to get my windshield fixed, when the job was done the manager Roy took my DEBIT card and swiped it. I noticed that it was taking long to print a receipt so I checked my banking mobile app, and saw the transaction go through.

Then the receipt printed out and signed for it got my keys and left. Later that evening I checked my account again and noticed that this business charged my card TWICE for the same purchase $168.74. I called the business back and the receptionist told me that her manager, Roy did a credit check. I asked why did he do a credit check, I used my debit card, she then said she doesn’t know why.

I spoke with the manager and he told me there’s nothing he can do I need to call my back because it was a computer error. I was extremely frustrated and I asked to speak to a supervisor because of the lack of carelessness and customer service. He gave me the District Manager’s number, Roger. Roger said the charge was going to fall of the next morning which is Friday, February 2nd 2018.

He said he was going to give me a call back at noon to follow up but he did not. I called him back after 3pm and told him it did not fall off he said he was going to contact corporate. I took matters into my own hands and got all the information I needed from my bank regarding these transactions. My bank informed me that these transactions showed that it was processed TWICE in a matter of 2 minutes!

I called coperate and spoke to the Regional Manager, Shannon Sands. She told a representative to tell me that the reason why it processed twice because the card declined the first time so he ran it again. I said if my card declined why wasn’t i informed until now after 3 different stories later? I then spoke to the regional manager myself, she immediately got on the phone very hostile and rude!

As a regional manager she lacked basic customer service and intruded to say that I was wrong and my bank because on their end it only went thru twice, but on my end and my bank’s end it went thru twice. The reason why I’m complaining is because this business has charged my card TWOCE! Causing me to be late on my other bills, they have showed nothing but disrespect and empathy of my situation, I have yet to get an apology for this careless mistake, I have received 4 different stories and because I am persistent I have done my research and have seen that this is nothing new with this business in particular and there have been numerous of customers complaining about the same thing! I would like to not only report this business but I would like to sue this business and I demand for this place to either get new management throughout the business or shut it down!

Because NO ONE should have to go through this with this rude, careless irresponsible place that they call a business! They were very inconsiderate of the matter every single person I spoke too acted as if my situation was not important!!!

Same thing happened to me how can you advertise same day service when the wait is thirty days,please go to another company false advertisment and it didnt even seem to bother them,no integrity!!!!!!!!!They said we could bring the vehicle to them sure lets drive down 70 with a limb thru my windsheild how dumb can you be!!!!!!!!!!
