Ignorant disrespectful man
On 10/1 i had an apt i scheduled worry a young lady named stella. She was very helpful the past week helping me i pulled up to the place of buisness for me 3pm apt and was approached by a heavyset african American man who told me to move my car and finds a parking space i told him there was no parking he then told me if i want my car fixed i better *** move so i left.
About 20 min later i recieved a phone call from estella asking if i wad going to make my apt i Told her my experience she talked me in to coming back and i checked in and this same man is being ignorant. If it wasn't for the girl at that front desk reassuring me she would tell the manager i wouldn't stay.
I hear the other workers calling him toben. He even refused to work on my car.very childish and unprofessional

I was a customer at Auto Glass Now on Friday 9/28/18. I was greeted by the same young lady that gave me an estimate earlier that morning.
She was very helpful and kind. I over heard the manager twerking her about a disgruntled customer complaining about her not being very nice and the 3 hours i didn'twaiting on my vehicle she was more then pleasent. I did on the other hand have an issue worth the foul language the. Men in the shop use.
And they are loud and very unprofessional. While they are outside phasing she wad in the office taking Manny many calls and greeting many customers and everytime the men outside messed up she would have to comfortthe customers.

No Response From Auto Glass Now
Update 8/19/18 - still no response from the company other than to say they will respond to my complaint. I do not recommend this company.
If damage is done to your vehicle as a result of work done through Auto Glass Now, you will not be contacted and your issue will not be resolved, at least that was my experience. I had an issue with a windshield replacement.
I contacted various resources in the company in person, by phone or by email no less than 8 times hoping for a resolution. Only once did I received a (email) reply which said they would look into it. This was over a course of 3 months. No response.
I should have done more research first. This company is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.
And the employee reviews for this company show a perpetual lack of concern for the customer. While I thought it was going to cost me less to get my windshield replaced here, it will cost me much more in the long run.
I can’t recommend strongly enough to find a different company for these types of services.

Preferred solution: I want Auto Glass Now to contact Walker Toyota and submit a PO or check for the full repair price so I can have the part professionally replaced.
Giant SHITSHOW
Still NOTHING!!! Got a call from district manager(the one that told me tuff luck before), said he would order parts and set up fix.
That was 2 weeks, and 4 unreturned phone calls, ago!!! This company is a JOKE!

DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
Took my Lexus to have front windshield replaced after poor experience with Safelite. I made appointment prior day, and arrived at scheduled time.
Waited 3 hours only to be told they ordered the wrong windshield. Manager, Mike, stated that he would have tech come to my home the following day for the inconvenience. They never showed. Due to having to travel daily for work, I couldnt wait and make an appointment elsewhere.
That was my HUGE mistake. I took my car into the Parma OH location and provided tech with new windshield moldings and clips that I purchased directly from Lexus dealer so the job could be done correctly. After getting home with my car, I noticed that the moldings were not installed correctly. In fact, there is a large gap where moisture can protrude in, my hood is scratched to the metal, multiple spots on the quarter panel and surround where some type of solvent was used and ate through top coat.
I was LIVID! Called store only to be told by several people I could not speak with owner because he was on vacation in CA. Then, after 3 more phone calls, Mike (store manager), states he is the owner. I explained the damages to my car, took my car back to their location along with the $1300 estimate to fix damages, and was told he would speak with his District Manager and let me know.
Mind you he admitted fault which I caught on tape. I never received callback. I contacted them again and asked for DMs number. What a surprise, apparently DM was Mike same guy I haf spoke with that said he had to wait for answer from his DM.
I waited at least a week, and did not recieve call. I called back and their solution was for me to bring car back to them to have fixed. Are they crazy?!! After much hassle and 3 more phone calls was able to get email to corporate in CA.
A paralegal, Patrick, answered my email with promises to rectify issue. 3 weeks later when I told him I was sueing he called back and had gumption to tell me that there was no damage to my paint, yet he admitted he did not even look at or have estimate that I provided Mike in his posession. After a lot of frustration and wasted time, his solution was to take my car to one of their shops for repair. NO THANK YOU!
Needless to say I am filing civil case this week, and have filed with the Ohio Attorney General!! Its rididculous that they are willing to spend around 8-10 thousand litigating instead of 1000 to fix their mistake.
These people are negligent liers that should not be in business still. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Charged For Same Transaction
I came to this business to get my windshield fixed, when the job was done the manager Roy took my DEBIT card and swiped it. I noticed that it was taking long to print a receipt so I checked my banking mobile app, and saw the transaction go through.
Then the receipt printed out and signed for it got my keys and left. Later that evening I checked my account again and noticed that this business charged my card TWICE for the same purchase $168.74. I called the business back and the receptionist told me that her manager, Roy did a credit check. I asked why did he do a credit check, I used my debit card, she then said she doesn’t know why.
I spoke with the manager and he told me there’s nothing he can do I need to call my back because it was a computer error. I was extremely frustrated and I asked to speak to a supervisor because of the lack of carelessness and customer service. He gave me the District Manager’s number, Roger. Roger said the charge was going to fall of the next morning which is Friday, February 2nd 2018.
He said he was going to give me a call back at noon to follow up but he did not. I called him back after 3pm and told him it did not fall off he said he was going to contact corporate. I took matters into my own hands and got all the information I needed from my bank regarding these transactions. My bank informed me that these transactions showed that it was processed TWICE in a matter of 2 minutes!
I called coperate and spoke to the Regional Manager, Shannon Sands. She told a representative to tell me that the reason why it processed twice because the card declined the first time so he ran it again. I said if my card declined why wasn’t i informed until now after 3 different stories later? I then spoke to the regional manager myself, she immediately got on the phone very hostile and rude!
As a regional manager she lacked basic customer service and intruded to say that I was wrong and my bank because on their end it only went thru twice, but on my end and my bank’s end it went thru twice. The reason why I’m complaining is because this business has charged my card TWOCE! Causing me to be late on my other bills, they have showed nothing but disrespect and empathy of my situation, I have yet to get an apology for this careless mistake, I have received 4 different stories and because I am persistent I have done my research and have seen that this is nothing new with this business in particular and there have been numerous of customers complaining about the same thing! I would like to not only report this business but I would like to sue this business and I demand for this place to either get new management throughout the business or shut it down!
Because NO ONE should have to go through this with this rude, careless irresponsible place that they call a business! They were very inconsiderate of the matter every single person I spoke too acted as if my situation was not important!!!
